How Do Pre-Orders Work?

We take pre-orders for very special product launches. Pre-orders sometimes come with the opportunity to receive exclusive reward packages that are not offered at any other time. Because the products and reward packages are made per order, all pre-orders are final and cancellations are not accepted at any time.
